Sales messages with real context

A different message for every lead, without writing them one by one.

LeadCanvas takes the account, the person and the angle you chose, and returns a draft ready to review, edit and adapt to the channel.

LeadCanvas assembles the context. The last word is yours.

Writing was never the problem. Having something worth saying is.

The generic template fails because it does not show why you picked that company. Personalizing by hand works, but it does not scale to a hundred accounts. LeadCanvas connects the message to the research you already did.

Four decisions before the first line

  • Which company you picked first
  • Which person or department you are writing to
  • Which piece of data about that company is worth mentioning
  • What you want to propose at the end

A draft of yours, not an automatic send

You adjust tone, language, length, channel and call to action before using the message.

Nothing that claims something about the company goes out without you having read it.

What changes when the draft knows the account

Instead of “Hi, we offer digital marketing”, the message starts from something observed and ends with a question:

“I saw you are running ads for the new locations. I work with hotel groups that need to connect lead capture with commercial follow-up. Who owns that process on your team?” The signal has to be true, and the text stays editable.

Try it with your own market

Every channel asks for a different shape.

01. Company email

Leaves room for a bit more context and has a subject line. On first contact it is better to avoid attachments and links, and to close with a simple question.

02. The person's LinkedIn

Works with a short, specific and professional opener. A long pitch does not belong right after the connection.

03. The business WhatsApp

It is the most direct and most personal channel. Using it means respecting availability, permissions and the practices of each country. An active number does not make every commercial message appropriate.

Anatomy of a first message that gets a reply

You do not need to prove you researched every corner of the company. You need to show there is a legitimate reason for this conversation, today and with this person.

  • Short context: why you are writing to that company
  • Verifiable observation: what you saw on their profile or website
  • Relationship: how that connects to the outcome you help achieve
  • Question: something concrete and easy to answer
  • Proportional ask: do not request an hour-long meeting before any interest exists

Where we draw the line

We do not use negative reviews to make a business uncomfortable, and we do not describe failures as certainties. We also do not infer sensitive information, pretend you used the product or invent a familiarity that does not exist.

The commercial reason stays clear and the text stays easy to edit. If a signal adds nothing, delete it.

Structures you can reuse

The library holds structures by goal: asking for a referral, opening with an observation, inviting or following up.

The structure orders the conversation. The content comes from the account. No two messages should come out the same.

LeadCanvas gives a sales team the context to start with a useful conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Do the messages send themselves?

No. LeadCanvas writes drafts you can edit. Sending and channels depend on your plan and always go through your review.

Can I change the message?

Yes. Tone, content and the final ask stay under your control before you use it.

What does it personalize with?

With the data and signals of the company you already prepared, plus the offer, the person and the channel you chose.

You reach the first message with the context already researched.

Prepare an account and turn the research into a draft that reads as chosen, not copied.
