Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the LeadCanvas website and service operated by LeadCanvas Inc.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
All LeadCanvas payment transactions are processed securely by our billing partner, Paddle. As a user, you have the unconditional right to request a full refund of your initial payment within the first fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can exercise your right to a refund by contacting our support team at any time before this 14-day period expires. Once 14 days have elapsed since the purchase, transactions will be considered final and will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeadCanvas Inc. and its licensors.
5. Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LeadCanvas Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect.
