Account management

Everything you need to know about your LeadCanvas account.

Create an account

Two ways:

1. With Google: the fastest method. Click "Continue with Google" and you are done, with no new password to remember.
2. With email and password: enter your email, create a password, and confirm with the verification code we send you.

Password and access

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot your password?".
2. Enter your account email.
3. You receive a secure link to create a new one.

If you sign in with Google, you have no LeadCanvas password: your Google account manages security.

Your profile

From Settings > Profile, you can update your name, photo, and the name of your company or organization.

Team (Growth plan)

The Growth plan includes up to 3 users working on the same board. Invite your team from Settings.

Delete your account

If you want to permanently delete your account:

1. First cancel any active subscription.
2. Write to us at hola@leadcanvas.app from the email associated with your account.
3. We delete all your data (leads, templates, history) according to current privacy regulations. This action cannot be undone.
