Getting started
Quick start
Follow these steps to find your first leads and send your first message today.
1. Run your first search
Open Find customers from the side menu (or use the search box at the top).
- Write what you are looking for in natural language, with the industry and city together. Examples: "dental clinics in Barcelona", "psychologists in Buenos Aires", "travel agencies in Mexico City".
- Wait a few seconds while LeadCanvas searches for and verifies the data.
- The businesses found go straight to your board, in the New column.
Tip: always include the city in your search. "Psychologists" alone is too broad; "psychologists in Rosario" brings back results ready to work.
2. Open your first lead
In My leads, click any card on the board. The business's complete record opens:
- Contact data: phone number with WhatsApp detection, email, website, and social profiles.
- Reviews, rating, and photos.
- The business Audit: whether it invests in advertising, how its website is doing, its Google Business Profile, and its visibility in search and AI (depending on your plan).
During the free trial, the first 3 leads you open show everything unlocked so you can see the complete product.
3. Send your first message
From the lead record:
- Click Send message.
- Choose the channel (we recommend WhatsApp when it is validated) and the message goal: first contact, follow-up, or schedule a call.
- LeadCanvas generates a message with the business's real data. You can edit it or ask for another version with a different tone or length.
- When you send it, WhatsApp (or your email) opens with the text ready.
You can also create your own templates in Templates, with variables that fill themselves in (business name, city, industry).
4. Follow up
When you contact a lead, its card moves to Contact sent. If it replies, move it to Replied or Interested, and continue until Won.
Most sales need between 3 and 5 follow-ups. The board marks leads with an overdue follow-up so you can pick up the conversation at the right time.
5. Measure your results
In Results, you can see your complete funnel: how many leads you found, how many you contacted, how many replied, and how many you closed.
