CRM and follow-up
Finding the lead is half the work; the other half is follow-up. LeadCanvas includes a CRM designed for cold sales, with no setup required.
The board (My leads)
Your main view is a Kanban board divided into stages. New leads enter New and you move them as the conversation progresses:
New → Contact sent → Replied → Interested → ... → Won / Lost
In between, you have ready-to-use process stages: follow-ups (1, 2, and 3), demo to send and sent, meeting scheduled and held, proposal, decision or negotiation, and "no reply / archive".
The stages are customizable: rename, create, or remove columns so the board reflects your actual sales process.
Table and map views
Alongside the board you have:
- Table: all your leads in rows, with sorting, filters, and multi-select. Ideal for working at volume and exporting to CSV (paid plans).
- Map: your leads placed on a map, useful for sales routes or for seeing concentration by area.
The lead record
Clicking any card opens the complete record:
- Contact: phone with validated WhatsApp, email, web, and social profiles, with direct action buttons.
- Audit: advertising, website, Google Business Profile, visibility, and LinkedIn decision-makers (depending on your plan).
- Sales potential: a score with the suggested sales angle for that business.
- Follow-up: a history of what you did with that lead and your own notes.
Lists
Group leads into lists for campaigns: "Dentists Madrid January", "Hotels without a website", "Current customers". A lead can be in several lists without being duplicated.
Follow-up that does not slip
Most sales need between 3 and 5 touches. The board marks leads with an overdue follow-up so you know exactly who to contact today. In Results, you see your complete funnel and which messages generate the most replies.
